I will devise your unique therapy prescription based upon the needs you share with me. I understand that everyone experiences things differently, everything is relative. One person may view an incident to be extremely traumatic, whereas others view this same incident to be trivial but this does not make this incident any less important. Most people require a block of 3 or 4 sessions to begin with depending on the severity of the issues. After working togther for 3 or 4 consecutive weeks, many clients feel completely transformed and free from old burdens and behaviours. However, if you require further sessions, that is absolutely fine, everyone is different and works at a pace that is best for them. I will be here to advise every step of the way.
Some Issues only require one transformative session such as smoking/vaping cessation and emotional freedom technique EFT. I will discuss whether this is a realistic option for you. Imagine how wonderful it would feel to be free of an unwanted issue in just one session!
